Just a friendly reminder that we will be taking the IAR (Illinois Assessment of Readiness) and ISA (Illinois Science Assessment) state tests starting tomorrow (Tuesday, March 17th). 5th and 8th grade students will be taking 2 ELA Assessments, 3 Math Assessments, and 3 Science Assessments. 6th and 7th grade students will be taking 2 ELA Assessments and 3 Math Assessments. Please remind your student(s) to charge their Chromebooks every night this week because we test on those devices. Also, students will need wired headphones for the assessment, bluetooth headphones will not work for the IAR. If your student does not have wired headphones, they can purchase them from the office for $1 starting Tuesday. Please have your student(s) get a good night's sleep, eat breakfast, and take these assessments seriously. If your student happens to miss school for one reason or another, we will be doing make up assessments starting the week of March 23rd. If you have any questions, please let me know.
